“Luciana began working with our family when our son was 1 week old in the Summer of 2023. My husband and I were overwhelmed with caring for our new baby in addition to our 4 year old daughter, and Luciana stepped in and put us at ease immediately. We “clicked” right away, as Luciana was warm and confident. I could tell immediately by the way she picked our son up and spoke to him that she loved her job, which made it easier to go to sleep while she was looking after him. Luciana always arrived each night a few minutes before her shift started at 9 pm, so that we could fill her in on our day and she could answer any questions we had.
